Logistikos
Logistikos features Carla, an everyday heroine with unfailing common sense. She changes her life like a shirt, house, job, country, all the while keeping in touch with a growing community of friends through her blog. With each new challenge, she is enriched by the trials she has overcome as much as by the failures, and starts again. The story begins in Greece, on the shores of the Aegean Sea ...

The postface offers an instructive rereading of the story told by the book, making the link between Carla's ultramodern reality (but realistic, very much of our time) and the trends at work in our daily lives today. Plunged into the heart of a destabilizing universe, Carla first trusts her instinct. Her journey reveals the hidden side of the big transporters and the big logisticians, those who are responsible for delivering to our doorstep everything we order on the Web and elsewhere after a sometimes dizzying journey, each delivery being a new adventure in itself.

The author
The author (Scenart) is a collective of contributors under the direction of C. Auriach, editor and consultant. The story is conceived following a framing work involving professionals in the field illustrated by fiction. Documentary research, idea generation, construction of the plot, personification of styles, writing, translation, so many opportunities to co-create.
A fiction illustrating ten profound trends at work in the logistics sector today through the adventures of Carla, a recurring heroine of the Initiatives collection.

Afterword - "blog-notes" of Carla : 10 trends
The postface makes the link with ten underlying trends in the sector: circular design, on-demand production, new professions including "robot pilot", the informational supply chain, transparency and traceability, the multiplication of references, the shortening of deadlines, blockchain, connected objects and AI, and finally service-oriented organizations.

Bilingual version
The fiction as well as the afterword can be read in French (first half of the work) or in English (second half of the work) as desired.
