The pace of AI's penetration into our personal and professional lives is extremely rapid. Every week, several innovations emerge and are immediately accessible online to anyone with curiosity, a bit of resourcefulness, and a budget of at least a few dozen euros per month. It is therefore crucial to identify what has lasting value in such a context, therefore, to acquire a stable patrimony, applicable to several AI architectures that evolve over time:
- Private data used for each identified function (sales, support, management, etc.)
- Privileged public data
- Business variables
- Library of private prompts (including templates: functional models, technical architecture models, etc.)
- Library of privileged public prompts (connectable to the template)
- Test question sets and test situations (themselves generated by an AI agent)

This list begins with the identification of a data base, not with the expression of a need. This is a key difference - though not the only one - between an AI project and any other project. Because what is AI? Software built with data!
